My Story
From prison to owning my own catering company in less than 2 months. I did 10 years behind bars for poor choices I made. I changed my life around and today I have a purpose in life and that is cooking for other people. I have been in the restaurant world for 4 years now, survived the pandemic however my dream is to help people anyway that I can. I started catering about a year ago, catering is what I wanted to focus on, we closed the restaurant and I have my food cart, catering, and delivery that I am focused on to help the people of our community. At Mixing Bowl on the Go we cook with love.
We love and care about what we do, and all that good energy goes directly into the food we make. Food is art and the culinary team at Mixing on the Go are artists. You eat first with your eyes and your meal should look as good as it tastes! When we cater your special event, you can expect us to go above and beyond. We will not only work with you to accommodate your special dietary restrictions and customize your menu to your unique preference, but we will beautifully present your meal right down to the very last detail.
